The Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) at 存 foster an environment that respects and values diversity and inclusion. 除了 to providing opportunities for professional development and growth, ERGs play an important role in working with senior leadership to address workforce policies and serve as a resource for innovative solutions that drive positive change.
WINS’ mission is to elevate the voices of women across the organization and encourage women in their professional success, as well as promoting a diversity of perspectives and an inclusive environment that attracts and retains talented women.

I’ve worked at 存 for over three years, based in the Jersey City office. I joined the Organizational Management Team as part of the Business Transformation office, 在我的任期内, I’ve advanced to my current role as Associate Director, OCM铅. 在我的角色里, I work with our internal clients to help facilitate the adoption of strategic and impactful change.
DC: What do you consider to be your biggest business accomplishment to date?
最近, I was awarded the ‘United Way Rising Star’ Award which was nominated by the 存 team and recognized at the United Way gala luncheon.
The criteria for the United Way Rising Star award is that the person nominated is an influential female leader and community organizer. The nominee should demonstrate resilience and resourcefulness in their field of service, 积极参加志愿活动, 宣传, and other philanthropic ventures to improve our local community.
过去一年 I’ve expanded my impact as part of the Engagement Committee for the United Way’s NYC Chapter for Women United. Women United is a growing, global force of 70k+ women coming together to lift-up entire communities. 除了 to playing an important role in giving back to the local community, I was also able to share the impressive work that 存’s WINS ERG is doing with the other committee members, so that they could take ideas and learnings back to their own organizations.
It was an honor to receive this because my passion is to uplift and support other women, and further drive my aspiration to pave a path for other female leaders. 通过接受这个奖项, 我希望能激励其他女性也参与进来, 相互支持, and impact internal groups like WINS and external partners in our community, 像妇女联合会.
除了, 在过去的几年里, I’ve helped facilitate 存’s Enterprise Agile Transformation. One of my first projects was to work with my BTO squad and 客户端 服务 to support the people-side of change as employees transitioned to Our Ways of Working.

DC:请描述一下你的ERG之旅.
作为新员工, I attended many ERG events as opportunities to expand my knowledge of diverse and inclusive topics and meet new people outside of my team. 在WINS事件期间, I learned more about the ERG’s mission and goals and felt compelled to support this group. 后不久, 我向其中一位联合主席表达了我的兴趣, 幸运的是, I was able to join the open 领导 position as the WINS Jersey City Site Lead.

DC: At which two organizations outside your own do you know the most people and why?
I’m very involved in two external organizations, Women United and the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM). I’m a member of Women United’s Engagement Committee and previously was the Social Media Chair for SHRM-Long Island Chapter. 通过这些角色, 我建立了联系, 发展新技能, and built my network outside of my daily workplace.

I’m the go-to “event planner” for my family and friends! Whether it’s a birthday party, baby shower, or group trip, I’m your girl. Having planned my own weddings in 2020 (yes, we had two weddings during a global pandemic!) I set the bar high, and there’s no challenge I can’t tackle when planning an event!
